Football Stadium Theme
The homeowner wanted a place where he could bring friends and fellow alumni to relax and enjoy the games. With the help of the AcousticSmart design team and IES we created a Stadium-like atmosphere that would make “Rudy” proud.
The brick walls are actually bricks from the original stadium and the homeowner’s authentic memorabilia is tastefully displayed around the room to add to the themed setting. The Screen wall contains 5 flat panel tv’s for a sky-box setting for multiple game viewing, when the client wants the serious theatre experience a secret hidden 142″ diagonal screen comes down from the ceiling at the touch of a button.
The AcousticSmart seating and carpeting where both custom embroidered with the Team logo. The Smart-Art panels depict the actual Stadium profiles, fans, referees and players from an actual game. The panels where a necessary part of the room to acoustically tune the room correctly with all the brick present and what better way to hide them than with our exclusive Smart-Art breathable fabrics and custom acoustical substrates.
We also used the Smart-Art fabric for the Scoreboard/Speaker grill in the front of the room which depicts a score from the homeowner’s favorite game. The starry night-time sky with multiple constellations adds to the feeling of being at the stadium.
The result is an Alumni/Football fans dream theater that looks great and sounds amazing.
